The Riverview Homes development required significant site clearing and preparation. Our team removed all vegetation, debris, and existing structures from the site to create a clean slate for the earthworks. This stage involved using excavators and bulldozers to remove trees, rocks, and unstable soil layers.
Once cleared, we began the cut-and-fill process to reshape the land according to the project’s master plan. High areas were excavated, and the removed soil was redistributed to fill lower areas, creating a balanced and stable surface. We also incorporated compacting techniques to ensure the soil layers were solid and able to support the weight of future homes.
To enhance durability, we applied soil stabilization techniques, including the addition of lime and cement to areas prone to shifting. This step was crucial for preventing foundation issues and ensuring the long-term stability of the development.
Throughout the earthworks, drainage systems were strategically incorporated to manage water flow. Trenches and underground piping were installed to prevent water accumulation and redirect it safely away from building sites.
The project was completed within the agreed timeline, and the site was handed over to the developers fully ready for construction. Our attention to detail and adherence to safety standards ensured a high level of client satisfaction.
